1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND WHO WE ARE
We are a County Schools Football Association competing in the Welsh Schools Competitions and in approved friendly matches.
2. THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
Player contact details such as name, age, address, parents’ contact details (addresses and telephone numbers) and any medical conditions for training and matches. This includes attendance statistics from registers, positional preferences and details of subscriptions paid for registrations and training.
3. HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
By registration documents, emails or text messages and verbal (either face to face or in telephone conversations exclusively with you).
4. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
To contact you over football related matters such as training, matches or special association events, or to contact emergency services regarding medical treatment.
To process payments, fees and charges and the collection of money due to us.
To notify you about changes to our terms or privacy policy and asking you for your opinion through reviews or surveys.
To support disciplinary proceedings either internally or connected with an alleged breach of the WSFA or FAWs Rules and Regulations.
5. DISCLOSURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will not disclose your Personal Data without your prior consent, except in enquiries about football discipline, child protection and the prevention of crime and terrorism or in a medical emergency.
6. DATA SECURITY
Your data is kept on paper files, or on a computer generated database kept by the Secretary or Administrator.
7. DATA RETENTION
As long as it is necessary to contact you regarding school-age association football in Wales up to and including the 18th Birthday.
8. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Under certain circumstances you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data

No fee is usually required to exercise any of the Legal Rights set out above although we may need to request specific information from you to confirm your identity.
THIRD PARTIES
It might occur that we have a legal or regulatory obligation to process your personal data to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. This might include the following external Third Parties.
- The Football Association of Wales (FAW)
- Area Associations (as defined by FAW Rules)
- The Welsh Schools Football Association
- Leagues and Affiliated Leagues (as defined by the FAW Rules)
- Football Clubs who are governed by the FAW for Talent Identification purposes e.g English Premiership or EFL Clubs.
- FAWT Coach Education staff
- FIFA UEFA and national governing bodies for football who may reasonably require your personal data for the proper administration of football in that country.
- Disclosure and Barring Service
- Individual of bodies appointed by the FAW or WSFA including, but not limited to Disciplinary Panel and Appeal Panel Members or independent WSFA committees.
- Any sports arbitration service nominated by the FAW or WSFA from time to time to deal with independent arbitration in accordance with the rules of the FAW.
- Individuals or bodies appointed or engaged by the FAW or WSFA to proved media services.
- The Police, Child Support Agency, Social Services, or any other body with statutory authority to obtain personal data from us.
9. GLOSSARY
Lawful Basis-Legitimate Interest means the interest of the PSFA in supporting the WSFA in promoting and administering Schools Representative football in Pembrokeshire in accordance with WSFA, FAW, WWFA Rules and Regulations and the regulations of FIFA and UEFA to enable us to give you the best service possible.
Performance of Contract means processing your data where it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request before entering into such a contract Comply with a legal or regulatory obligation means processing your personal data where it is necessary for compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation.
