Mission Statement

PSFA is committed to ensuring that the future of the Association will be maintained and developed. Young footballers who have the necessary skills and motivation to become better players are recruited and nurtured through the WSFA structure. The aim is to run development programmes leading to matches against appropriate opposition and attract and retain those in football who not only play the game but are supporters of it and wish to learn even more about it.

The Football Association of Wales (FAW) stresses the importance of youth education and the maintenance of high standards at all times. This is also in line with the UEFA objective of promoting the training of new talent locally in order to safeguard the future of football.
